In the challenging COVID climate of 2020, many companies closed their doors to consumers, but BossMan recognised an opportunity, planning, creating, and executing a media strategy for Jetmaster’s Quadra-Fire brand.  BossMan’s initiative not only allowed for continued trading during COVID-19 restrictions but resulted in the brand exceeding YOY expectations.

The campaign objective was to increase sales and reinforce brand credibility to the target audience of homeowners aged 25-59 living in regional markets including: Gippsland, Shepparton, Bendigo, Ballarat, Wodonga, Wangaratta, Colac and Mildura.

Across a strong marketing mix of social, digital and television, we drove customers to the Quadra-Fire website where they could virtually view products, speak to a sales person through a chatbot and enquire via form-fill.

BossMan pivoted the entire campaign strategy to suit the economic environment, resulting in one of Quadra-Fire’s best Q2 trades ever.
