With a career spanning four decades in the media and communications industry, Jan is well versed at working in an ever changing and evolving environment across multiple industries including government and large corporate organisations.

She has a background in senior management and public relations, having worked on government campaigns at a local and state level.

Moving into a creative role within the radio industry, Jan developed brand and creative strategies before leading a national sales team as the National Director of Sales & Marketing for the Australian Radio Network for over a decade.

Founding BossMan Media with business partner Scott, she has ensured BossMan thrives in an ever-changing industry, with a team of dedicated staff who partner with clients to achieve measurable results in marketing, advertising, and communication.
