In a market where shared office spaces were a new concept, BossMan developed a series of videos that highlighted the ease of the Waterman offering, targeted towards sole traders and small businesses who were likely working from home. The Meeting Room Hire video was well-received, and Waterman saw an influx of enquiries for casual meeting room hire.

BossMan executed the design and copywriting of a corporate booklet for stakeholders about Waterman Workspaces. The booklet’s purpose was to illustrate the unique offering and spaces available at Waterman Workspaces for a range of business needs.

A gap was identified in the market for casual leasing of desk space in an office environment equipped with business facilities. The Hot Desking video was created to market the newest offering at Waterman Workspaces – Hot Desks.

The campaign was targeted towards sole traders who were likely working in cafes or from home, who might need the use of an office environment or office facilities from time to time.
